Rentals At Clayville Historic Site

Weddings

$1,750 + $250 Clean-up deposit
Gets the Clayville Barn and Pavilion
Friday at noon until Saturday at Midnight
Includes tables and chairs for up to 200 guests
Includes bartenders for event
(all alcohol must be purchased from Clayville)
Weddings having larger guest list can be accommodated utilizing tents/outdoor tables at renters expense, if needed.

Special Events/Private Parties

$600 + $250 clean-up deposit
100-200 Guests
One day only unless worked out otherwise

Special Events under 100 guests

$250 + $150 clean-up deposit
if booked 90 days or less out
8 hours use of facility

Business Rentals

$250 + $150 clean up deposit for 8 hour day
Bar service extra

Smaller groups, group tours and group lunches on case by case basis.
All events will require signed contract and proof of insurance.
All alcohol used at event will have to be purchased from Clayville along with bartenders.
